“Straccetti” of Chamois with Champignon mushrooms and strawberries
Ingredients
N 12 thin slices of chamois meat
G 200 Champignon mushrooms
G 150 strawberries
½ teaspoon baking soda
Salt and black pepper to taste
Marjoram to taste
Lemon drops to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Broth to taste
Preparation
- Sear the meat slices into the hot broth just for few seconds, using a pair of cooking pliers.
- Cut the meat into little strips.
- Clean the mushrooms and cut them into very thin slices.
- Wash the strawberries adding baking soda and cut them into very thin slices.
- In a bowl, combine mushrooms, strawberries and chamois strips. Add few drops of lemon, marjoram, salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
