Ingredients

400 g truciolotti pasta
150 g yellow and red peppers
200 g lean deer meat
Thyme to taste
N 1 clove of garlic
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste

Preparation

  • Clean the peppers accurately, remove the seeds and the white parts, then wash them accurately under running water. Cut them into cubes.
  • Mince the deer meat using a sharp knife.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic, the minced meat, the peppers and let cook. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the truciolotti in plenty of boiling salted water, drain and toss with the pepper and deer meat sauce. Garnish with some thyme and serve.
