Venison burgers with poplars
Ingredients
G 400 minced venison meat
G 150 ground rolled bacon
G 50 parmesan cheese
G 50 breadcrumbs
G 200 poplar mushrooms (poplars)
G 30 butter
Extra Virgin Olive oil to taste
Marjoram to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Prepare the burgers by combining the venison meat and the ground bacon, add marjoram, breadcrumbs and parmesan. Season with salt and pepper.
- Form four balls of equal size with the minced meat.
- Heat a frying pan over high heat, add the butter and cook the previously cleaned poplars, adding a little water and the chopped marjoram. Season with salt and pepper.
- Cook the meat for about 4’ per side, until you get a well browned surface.
- Remove from the frying pan and place on the serving plate together with the poplars.
