Chamois chunks with green apple and spinach
Ingredients
G 600 chamois meat cut into small cubes
G 400 spinach
N 1 green apple
N 1 lime
Soy sauce to taste
Worcestershire sauce to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Put the chamois chunks into a non-stick pan and sauté with lime juice, the soy sauce and the Worcestershire sauce. Season with salt
- Wash the spinach, remove the stems and keep the leaves, then sauté them with a little olive oil and salt.
- Core the apple and cut it into small cubes. Place the spinach with the venison chunks in a serving plate, then top with the apple cubes and drizzle olive oil on it.
