GAMEBURGER
Ingredients
G 400 minced meat (use the meat you prefer, for example venison or moose)
G 150 tallow (frozen)
G 70 parmesan cheese
N 4 leaves black cabbage
N 4 leaves purple cabbage
mL 15 (1 tbsp) vinegar
mL 15 (1 tbsp) extra virgin olive oil
G 50 mayonnaise
N 3 junipers
G 15 (1 tbsp) onion powder
G 15 (1 tbsp) dried thyme
N 1/2 silver onion
N 2 tomatoes
N 4 hamburger buns
Roasted onion to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Start by shredding the cabbages into thin strips and mix with vinegar and extra virgin olive oil, massaging the cabbage well.
- Mix the mayonnaise with onion powder, thyme and finely chopped juniper berries, taste with salt and pepper.
- Cut the tomatoes into slices and cut the silver onion into very thin, preferably on a mandolin.
- Grate the frozen tallow and mix it with the minced meat. Shape into four balls of equal size.
- Heat a frying pan on maximum heat and put in the minced meat balls, press customs firmly with a frying pan or something else suitable to make the hamburgers. Salt and pepper.
- Fry the meat until it has a nice surface, turn around. Put on the cheese and place a metal bowl over the meat so the cheese melts.
- Remove and let the meat rest on the toasted bread.
- Top the burger with plenty of mayonnaise and the other accessories. Serve it with French fries.
