Wild boar soup with chickpeas

G 200 wild boar meat
G 200 precooked chickpeas
G 200 vegetable stock
G 20 onion
N 1 clove of garlic
Rosemary to taste
Salt and black pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste


  • Cut the wild boar meat into cubes and sear them on both sides in a non-stick frying pan, adding garlic and rosemary.
  • Lightly fry the chopped onion with extra virgin olive oil in a pan then add the chickpeas and the vegetable stock. Let cook for 15′ and season with salt and pepper.
  • Arrange the chickpeas into a serving dish, add the wild boar nuggets and season with rosemary, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and ground black pepper.
