Deer miniburger with vegetable brunoise and greek yogurt
Ingredients
G 400 minced venison meat
G 50 minced bacon
G 30 grated Parmesan cheese
G 50 Greek yogurt
G 50 cucumber
G 50 tomato salad
G 30 friggitelli peppers
N 1 lime
N 1 leaf of meant
N 1 egg
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
- Combine the minced meat with the bacon, season with the zest of lemon, the chopped mint, parmesan, and egg. Mix all together, add salt and shape mini burgers.
- Cut the tomatoes, the cucumbers and the friggitelli peppers into cubes. Season with extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Sear the mini burgers in a non-stick frying pan on both sides. Add salt and pepper.
- Pour the Greek yogurt into a serving dish, arrange the vegetable and place the hot mini burgers.
