Fusilli pasta with Greek yogurt and chopped chamois
Ingredients
G 400 Fusilli pasta
Chopped chamois
G 150 Greek yogurt
G 80 extra virgin olive oil
G 30 spring onion
N 1 clove of garlic
Parsley to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
- Cook the Fusilli in plenty of boiling salted water, drain when firm.
- Chop the chamois meat together with spring onion, add extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
- Arrange the Greek yogurt on a plate, sauté the fusilli with some extra virgin olive oil, garlic and parsley and put them on the yogurt.
- Add the chopped chamois, adjust with salt and pepper, sprinkle with extra virgin olive oil.
